Open Shotgunning
Saturday mornings
| Shooting time is 9:00 AM until noon, weather permitting. There is a $3.00 fee per round to offset the cost of birds. (No shotgunning on weekends of State Silhouette matches - check match schedule. Shooting times may be adjusted around scheduled work parties - check newsletter.) |
Thursday evenings - mid-April through mid-October
| Third Thursday, prior to monthly club meeting, weather permitting. Shooting time is 5:30 to 6:45 PM. Check monthly newsletter. Same fee applies. |
Silhouette Practice
Wednesday evenings - Last Wednesday of April through October
| Open to all members. Practice on silhouette targets. No fees. Runs through silhouette season. |
Silhouette Matches
May through October
| Disciplines include Small Bore and Big Bore Hunters Pistol (iron and optical sights), Small Bore Hunter Rifle (iron and optical), Cowboy Action (.22 lever action), and Club Rifle (.22 - any sights). See match schedule for dates. Silhouette matches are open to the public. |
4H Shooting Program
Alternate Tuesdays
| The 4H Shooting Program will have use of the range on alternate Tuesdays from 5:00 PM until dusk. Check monthly newsletter and calendar. Volunteers are always welcome to help supervise the youngsters. (Points may be earned - same rate as for work parties.) |
